Description
This one-day course is for qualified social workers and managers working with people from the age of 16. The course will provide information about when an application to the Court of Protection should be made, how to make an application and how to prepare and provide good evidence (written and oral).
Using a range of practical, interactive tools and experiences this specialist training will develop knowledge, skills and confidence, preparing delegates for the court experience.
This course is delivered by our expert facilitators who will bring their first hand experience and tailor the course to suit your learning needs.
