Increase our knowledge and confidence:
A healthy relationship is built on respect and involves both young people having trust, compromise, and an understanding for each other, where each person is comfortable being in the company of the other. Sexual and reproductive health refers to the physical and emotional wellbeing of adolescents and includes their ability to remain free from unwanted pregnancy, STIs and all forms of sexual violence and coercion.
This course provides participants with essential knowledge and skills to promote healthy relationships and sexual well-being among young people. Topics covered include social media influences, consent, legal considerations, sexual health, LGBTQIA+ support, and safeguarding. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to foster positive relationships, address diverse needs, and provide support in a safe and inclusive manner.
