We provide a range of services to support people who access adult services, and the teams around them, including workforce development and retention; deprivation of liberty safeguarding assessments and transforming behaviours. workforce development and retention
Antser Learning formerly known as Reconstruct Training has built a strong reputation as an expert in training within adult social care and safeguarding, from introductory to advanced levels, across the entire UK workforce.
By delivering a large portfolio of training across the UK, as well as consultancy, to a range of practitioners, Antser Learning are uniquely placed to fully identify and understand safeguarding matters from a multi-faceted perspective.
ADULT MENTAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENTS
Our nationwide network of experienced Mental Capacity and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding assessors are appropriately trained and qualified, all either approved under section 12 of the Mental Health Act 1983 or registered medical practitioners with at least three years’ post-registration experience. Additionally, our Best Interest Assessors all have at least two years’ post-qualification experience and have completed approved training to be a BIA.
Our adult based assessments include:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard Assessments (including BIA)
- Care Act Assessments (including Carers Assessments)
- Mental Capacity Assessments (including CoP3 for Court of Protection)
- Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SAR)
VIRTUAL REALITY
As global pioneers of the first VR enabled behaviour change programme for children’s services, we have further developed our VR capability to deliver a safe and secure virtual environment allowing elderly or vulnerable adults to meet, connect and engage with their wider support team.
This therapeutic, 360 environment is akin to being there in person, and has been developed to address 3 critical factors for those in adult or elderly residential care settings – increasing human contact, reducing loneliness and health deterioration.
