Today marks International Women’s Day (IWD), a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
The theme of IWD 2023 is #EmbraceEquity, in a bid to highlight why equal opportunities aren’t enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.
Here at Antser, we work tirelessly on behalf of vulnerable girls, young women and adults on a daily basis, made possible in part by the fantastic team of women we have working behind the scenes ensuring better outcomes for all.
We are proud to say that 64% of our workforce is female. Our culture, like our services, has people at its heart and forms the foundations of how we work – this includes our incredible team of women, from Head of Children’s Services, Leanne McGowan, Head of Service, Serena Hadi, and Managing Director for Carter Brown, Amy Callaghan, to our brilliant Subject Matter Experts and Marketing Team.
With backgrounds from social workers to teachers, it is these experiences that enable our incredible employees to work together to provide solutions which are fundamentally designed to make a real difference to those who use them and ensure positive change.
