I started working for Antser nearly two years ago, as Contract Manager for the brands tri.x and Reconstruct. I’ve recently been appointed as Contracts and Information Manager for the group of company brands within Antser who are all providing innovative social care, health and education solutions. Antser really are supporting and enabling positive change across sectors. I enjoy the diversity of the role, and my skills and knowledge have increased since being appointed. This is due to a positive workplace culture, I feel supported, encouraged, valued and recognised. It’s also a testament to all of the teams and people in the group, how willing people are to share their own knowledge and expertise and no door being closed to opinion and ideas. It feels fantastic to be on such an exciting journey with a company striving to make a real difference and knowing I have a small hand in that difference is so satisfying.

I have been with The Antser Group as Head of Business Development for six months, it feels great to be part of a business that is ethically driven in its approach and prioritises positive change in outcomes for children and families. We combine innovative technology with human-centred service solutions to improve outcomes for society’s most vulnerable. Coming from a technology background, I am responsible for strategically promoting a number of products and services that allow us to create a truly bespoke approach to change. Our products and approach enable us to change behaviours, challenge the norm to ultimately improve the outcome for children and families. This excites me and I want to advocate doing things better. It is important to me to be part of a big family with the same vision, at Antser I share this.

I have worked at Antser since September 2020, following a very long career in Education. It is a game-changing organisation to work for and the difference we continue to make to children and young people, through our Virtual Reality programme is genuinely inspirational.
