Developing Complex Decision Making Skills for Managers is a daily part of frontline social work. Making consistently sound decisions that take into account risk, critical thinking, and safe outcomes for children, young people and vulnerable adults, and safety plans can easily be adapted for critical decisions with adults and is backed up by good research.
