Description

This course aims at ensuring that supervision is given the correct priority when meeting the needs of children, young people and their families, and working to achieve best practice for all. This course explores the fundamentals of supervision by encouraging workers to reflect upon their own work, whilst providing adequate support in the workplace. This course can be tailored to the workforce or managers.

To improve the quality and consistency of supervision in accordance with the local authorities supervision policy.
