Identify the key features of staff recruitment that help deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people
Consider policies and practices that minimise opportunities for abuse or ensure its prompt reporting
Help participants begin to review their own and their organisations’ policies and practices in recruitment with a view to making them safer

Description

This aim of this course is to provide all those involved in recruitment to help spot warning signs that a candidate may be unsuitable to work with children, young people and vulnerable adults, helping to mitigate the risk when hiring new personnel, and to create safer workforce processes.

This course is delivered by our expert facilitators who will bring their first hand experience and tailor the course to suit your learning needs.
